Quality Testing
Committed to customer satisfaction in supply of containers
We are a quality centric company and we place quality as the nucleus of all our endeavors. Our team of quality supervisors monitors carefully the entire production process at every level of operation. They give special attention on the procurement of the quality proven raw material. The raw material is subjected to metallurgical test before being approved for production. We conduct periodic inspections and conduct various tests to make our products free from defects.
Further, we check our range of Poly Container products on the factors like Durability, Strength, Dimensional accuracy, Acid resistance, Stiffness. Only if they pass on the following parameters, they are further upgraded to the concerned unit for supplying. We have been delivering a zero defect range which confirm to industry recommended quality standards.
Quality Checks
Our Products Are Tested For Quality on the Following Parameters
Weight
We check the drums for electronic welding for the weighing of each drum.
Closure Leakage Test
A container is filled with water and tightened with the cap and is kept upside down on the floor for a minimum 2 hrs.
Pin-hole Test
A bulb/torch, light is inserted in the mouth of container to check for foreign particles/ pinholes.
Drop Test
As per the ISI Standards, we check the containers with help of a drop test, wherein we drop containers every four hours from a height of 1.2 meters.
Wall Thickness
Our containers are inspected by infrared light there and detecting the portion of the infrared light which passes through the container and converts the same into corresponding electrical signals, which are delivered to a microprocessor. The microprocessor stored information and compares the electrical signals regarding desired wall thickness of the container and then, emits output thickness information.
Stacking Test
A container is filled and is kept underfilled containers for 48 hours.
Pressure Tightness Test
These containers are immersed in water and air is charged inside.
Melt Flow Test
We conduct our procedure starts right from raw material itself as we test each lot of raw material.
Handle Strength
Drum is filled with material was kept one + 2 to ensure to see total pressure on the drum kept on the surface.

Print Adhesive
We test the adhesion of ink to the container surface.
