Jyoti Global Plast Limited, formerly known as Jyoti Polycontainers Private Limited, has experienced significant growth and development since its inception. Below is a detailed timeline of the company’s major events and milestones.
Mr. Bhawanji Shah, a chemical engineer, founded Jyoti Industries in Mumbra, Mumbai, with a single 100-liter machine. Recognizing the potential of plastic containers over traditional metal ones, he ventured into manufacturing blow-molded plastic packaging containers.
The Operations moved to Rabale, Navi Mumbai, and Jyoti Polycontainers Private Limited was incorporated. This move included an expansion to four machines, enhancing production capabilities.
Further expansion saw the addition of four more machines, doubling the production capacity to 4,000 metric tons per annum.
The Rabale plant underwent significant expansion, including the installation of a 200-liter machine, increasing its production capacity to 5,000 metric tons per annum.

Bought a 4 acre land in Mahad MIDC, in order to set up state of the art manufacturing and R&D facility.
We changed our name to Jyoti Global Plast Private Limited with a vision to diversify into different sectors. Recieved first order for toys
Celebrating 35 years of experience, Jyoti Global Plast managed two plants, serving more than 350 clients.
Commenced construction on Mahad MIDC land.
Jyoti Global Plast is in the process to set up a new plant in Pune in order to introduce new products such as Pail Buckets (For paint, automotive, grease and adhesives industry), Auto parts and Drone parts (for aerospace and defence industry).
