Company Profile

Robust solutions for all fluid and semi-fluid storage and packaging needs.

In 1988, Mr. Bhawanji Shah, the founder of Jyoti Polycontainers Private Limited, used his knowledge of this art and tested the production process to redefine business and success in blow-molded plastic packaging containers. What started as a small unit in Mumbra, Mumbai, with a single machine of 100 liters; today produces an extensive range right from 250 ml up to 250 liters, using 18 machines spread over three plants, covering the western side of Maharashtra.

Withstanding the test of time and technology, we have used our enhanced knowledge and the adoption and implementation of the latest technologies to build plastic containers of the highest quality.

Historical Highlights From Across Jyoti

1988

Jyoti Industries Founded

Jyoti Industries founded in Mumbra,Thane with a 100 LTR machine.

2004

Growth to Rabale

Moved to Rabale, Navi Mumbai under new name, Jyoti Polycontainers Pvt Ltd. also, increased number of machines to 4.

2008

Doubled Capacity

Increased capacity by adding 4 more machines with total production capacity of 4000 MT per Annum.

2010

Time to Branch

Started a new plant in Bhosari, Pune with 2 machines having production capacity of 960 MT Per Annum.

2012

Another milestone for Rabale

Increased the Plant size in Rabale and installed a 200 LTR machine thereby increasing production capacity of Rabale plant to 5000 MT Per Annum.

2014

Pune growth & movement

Moved to a bigger unit in Chakan, Pune and increased the production capacity of Pune plant to 3000 MT per Annum.

2019

Inauguration of new Rabale Plant

Stared a new plant in Rabale and added 1 more 200 LTR machine, making the total production capacity of Rabale Plant to 6500 MT per Annum.

2021

10500 MT per annum

Total Production capacity of all 3 plants is 10500 MT Per annum
