Our cutting-edge testing facilities at Jyoti Global Plast Limited are equipped with advanced technology to ensure superior quality and precision in every product.

Melt Flow Index

All raw materials like HDPE, HMHDPE, and master batches undergo Melt Flow Indexer testing per batch before production, ensuring in-house control.

Drop Testing

We ensure drum strength with rigorous testing using a state-of-the-art automatic drop tester, dropping filled containers from any height or angle.

Stack Load Test

An equivalent weight was placed on a flat surface atop the drum for 21 days to test stability during new developments or major changes, ensuring no bulging.

Closure Leakage Test

Filled containers are placed upside down on the floor for one hour to thoroughly test closure integrity and ensure no leakage occurs during inspection.

Handle Test

A water-filled drum is suspended by a chain for 30 minutes to test its durability, ensuring the handle remains securely intact without failure or breakages.

Leakage Test (Pneumatic Test)

When fully submerged in water, the container must withstand an air pressure of 0.35 bar without leaking or puncturing, ensuring its durability and reliability.

Hydraulic Testing

Containers are filled with water to remove air, connected to a water supply with a hydraulic pump, and held for 5 minutes to ensure no leakage or rupture.

Wall Thickness Test

The container's thickness profile is examined using an ultrasonic gauge to ensure compliance with standards, ensuring the minimum wall thickness is not compromised.

Fitment Test

This test is conducted on containers, bottles, and furniture products to verify accessory compatibility, ensuring they meet customer requirements and function as intended.

Tare Weight Checking

Each container, including cap, plug, and handles, is weighed electronically, recorded in inspection records, and marked with lot, serial number, shift, and date on the bottom.

Color Test

Before OK production begins, color is checked to ensure proper migration, matching requirements, and consistency with the desired shade or standard sample.

Ink Adhesion Test

An adhesive tape is applied to the printed surface, removed after 30 seconds, and inspected to ensure the printing remains undamaged and intact.

Brimful Capacity Test

Weigh the empty container on a calibrated balance, fill it with water at 27±2°C to the neck base, and ensure brimful capacity exceeds nominal capacity.

Compression Strength Test

Compression strength is tested using a machine on a cured article (4 hours), ensuring the load meets or exceeds the standard compression chart requirements.

External Testing

Sample drums, as per customer requirements, are sent to the Indian Institute of Packaging (I.I.P.) for testing to ensure compliance for international exports.

Vibration Test

This method tests a container's leak resistance during transportation. A water-filled container is vibrated vertically at 4 Hz for one hour, then inspected for leakage.

Environmental Stress Crack Resistance

Plastic containers are tested for stress-induced cracking by filling them with Teepol solution, heating at 50°C for 48 hours, and inspecting for cracks afterward.

Bursting Strength Test

This test evaluates the bursting strength of packaging materials, such as cartons, to ensure durability and resistance to pressure under various conditions.
